While at Merkle as a digital designer, a majority of my time was spent on the DIRECTV account. We designed & sent all of their emails, including the standard online bill-pay reminders. For some of the emails, we received assets for content that was already made (UFC, WWE & pay-per-view movies). Other emails were designed from scratched. I worked closely with the copywriter, had kick-off & review calls with the client, and worked with schedules set by account managers.
